What types of cards do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of cards, including greeting cards, invitation cards, thank-you cards, and custom photo cards. You can personalize many designs with your own images and messages.
Can I customize a card with my own design or photo?
Yes — you can upload your own photo or artwork, add text, and preview the card before ordering. Our design editor makes it easy to create a unique card for any occasion.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within X–Y business days, and international orders take Z–W business days (depending on your country). Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.
What if the card I receive is damaged or incorrect?
If your card arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once we confirm the issue.
